International Security Expo is a business-to-business event dedicated to security industry professionals, bodies and associations only. All visitors should be engaged in bona fide areas of the security or cyber industry, the armed forces, government, equipment procurement organisations, specifiers, operators/end users, trade media, or research establishments. All attendees are vetted to ensure relevance.

Yes, the event is free to attend and your pass will give you access to the complete conference programme, as well as networking opportunities such as our free networking drinks at the end of day one.
Yes, you can register upon arrival at Olympia. We do advise that all visitors take the opportunity to pre-register via our event website.
University students are welcome to attend International Security Expo however the event is heavily tailored for security industry professionals, bodies and associations. For student requests to attend to be approved, students should be studying a subject relevant to the event and industry.
We aim to review applications to attend the event within 3 working days. If more than 3 working days have passed since you applied and you haven’t received confirmation, please fully check your inbox plus junk/spam folders before contacting us at: info@internationalsecurityexpo.com
If we require more information to approve your application, you will receive an email detailing the steps you need to take.
Please note that if you used a personal email address when registering, this may cause a delay in confirming your application to attend and may result in us requesting more information from you.
Your badge will be issued in September. We recommend you print your badge at home to save time queuing onsite. However, if you are unable to do this, there will be badge collection facilities as well at the event.
You are able to amend your registration details yourself within the registration platform. You were asked to set-up login details at the point of starting your registration – follow the link in the confirmation email you received after completing your registration to log back in and make changes.

Your visitor pass gives you access to the entire event on both Tuesday 30 September and Wednesday 1 October 2025. Your pass grants access to the co-located International Cyber Expo and allows you access to the full conference & summit programme of both shows, as well as networking opportunities and much more!
In case you forget your pass, you will need to go to the Registration desks and they will print your ticket for you. Please carry a form of ID with you as you may be asked to produce one, as the show is only open to trade visitors. ID can be in the form of a business card.
No, International Security Expo and International Cyber Expo are co-located and registering for one of the events gives you access to both. You will be able to pass directly between the events within Olympia.
We are only able to issue visa support letters to speakers whom we have invited to speak at International Security Expo, and exhibitors who have paid in full for their stands. If you are a speaker, please discuss with the content team. If you are an exhibitor, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible. Please note that exhibition fees will not be refunded in the case of a visa not being obtained or denied.
Under no circumstance are we able to issue visa letters to visitors to attend International Security Expo. If we have approved your application to attend the event you will receive an email confirming this, and we recommend using this email as supporting documentation for your visa application.
From 2nd April 2025, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) will be required to enter the United Kingdom for a number of countries.
Please note that the ETA is not a visa and does not guarantee entry but rather serves as a travel authorisation. You will still need to present yourself to Border Force Officers or use the ePassport gates when departing or arriving
