William Dill has 20 years' experience leading Health and Safety across the UK in a number of industries including Construction, Civil Engineering and Maritime, and 6 years managing Security within UK Ports. He has 6 years Police Experience, a Masters in International Security and actively champions Security culture in-house with building relationships between enforcement agency networks through active engagement, partnering and awareness training. In 2019 William introduced anti human trafficking training to Larne Port which significantly strengthened culture and collaboration between public and private sector organisations associated with port operations, contributing to efforts to combat serious and organised crime with notable successes.
