Stuart Andrews
Senior Lecturer, Performance, Place and Resilience ,
Brunel University London
Stuart is interested in how we understand and manage the places around us. He and Patrick Duggan are Co-directors of Performing City Resilience. Together, they work with emergency planners, culture directors, organisations and companies to develop creative approaches to emergency planning. This collaborative work has led individuals, local authorities, companies and organisations to think in new ways about their work and to revise key policies and procedures, particularly in New Orleans (USA). Stuart has published internationally on arts, culture, performance, and place, and on emergency and resilience planning. He is Senior Lecture of Performance, Place and Resilience at Brunel University London.
