Pat Weninger is a business executive and senior intelligence & national security. Highly skilled in building and managing networks in high-risk areas, implementing technology programs, and managing multi-million-dollar operational budgets, Pat leverages his decades-long career across the CIA, military, and private sector to drive performance and results. Pat is currently the Executive Vice President of the International Division at Orbis International, a DC-based firm that provides OSINT-driven technology, solutions, consulting, and training to national security and business clients worldwide. Pat is also a retired Senior Intelligence Service Case Officer and Senior Executive with more than 20 years in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations. With assignments in multiple warzones, he served as the Chief of Station in various theaters of operations, directing intelligence activities and programs related to counterterrorism, Russia, China, and cyber operations. Pat also led the CIA’s global program against Russia, and he managed multi-million-dollar budgets for offices working to address the nation’s most challenging adversaries and issues.
