Mike is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience in the high security industry, including 18 years in the Military serving in many hostile environments around the world specialising in Force Protection Engineering and weapon effects on structures. A member of the Register of Security Engineers and Specialists and a member of the Security Institute, Mike was previously the lead for threat and risk mitigation for an international engineering consultancy as well as the Engineering Director for Hesco Bastion Ltd. At DIRICKX Systems, he is responsible for all innovation, design & support as well as the flood, blast and ballistic testing of all DIRICKX Systems products. He has extensive experience in undertaking security risk assessments based on threat and vulnerability analysis in many market sectors including the military, humanitarian, critical national infrastructure and the oil & gas industry.
