Michelle is the Chief Executive of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and has over 25 years’ experience of working in regulation and regulatory environments. Previously, she was the SIA’s Director of Partnership & Interventions and the Charity Commission’s Director of Investigations, Monitoring & Enforcement developing national strategies on counter-terrorism, fraud, financial abuse and safeguarding.
