Lisa Baskott is the founder of 2nd Line of Defence, dedicated to reimagining security in the UK and creating safer communities. Since 2025, Lisa has been working with HERSANA CIC, a dedicated by-and-for organisation providing tailored support to Black women and girls who have experienced or are at risk of any form of gender-based violence. This unique service ensures a holistic approach to addressing the intersectional needs of Black women. She is a serving Magistrate of 15 years, Deputy Chair of the Mayor of London's Women's Night Safety Charter Steering Group, and a Non-Executive Director of Safer Business Network CIC
