Dr Carleen Martin is a Research Fellow at the University of Plymouth with a PhD in marine-based terrorist risk for the tourism and event industries operating in coastal destinations. Carleen is an experienced lecturer in crisis and disaster management and is currently working on a publication relating to her research.
