Helen is the National Coordinator for Counter Terrorism Protect and Prepare. She has 27 years police service all with the Metropolitan Police, but also completed a secondment to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2016 to 2019 and was the Senior Policing Advisor to the Government there. Helen was previously the London lead for Protect and Prepare and since April has taken up the National role. Helen works with all the Regions and National Forces to engage businesses and communities so everyone can work together to ensure the UK is the safest place to live and work for all its citizens.
