Dawn Dines is the founder and CEO of Stamp Out Spiking, a UK national charity dedicated to preventing spiking through education, advocacy, and collaboration with security services. With over 20 years of expertise, Dawn has worked with police forces, government departments, and the private sector to drive legislative change—most notably campaigning for spiking to be recognised as a standalone criminal offence, now reflected in the Police and Crime Bill currently progressing through Parliament. A trusted advisor to the Home Office, Foreign Office, and leading industry bodies, Dawn is a recognised authority on safeguarding and spiking prevention in public and night-time spaces.
