Within NaCTSO Catherine holds responsibility for working with the NaCTSO Change Team to support delivery of complex projects of significant change across the whole department and ensures the governance, organisational learning and risks are managed accordingly, whilst supporting the Head of NaCTSO and the National Co-ordinator Protect & Prepare with areas of business that require national coverage. Catherine has played a significant role in scoping stages of the PALS Programme (Protective Security and Preparedness Transformation Programme) including SLT responsibility for the Zones project supporting Local Authorities. Catherine is now responsible for the Sectors work as its transitions into business as usual.
