China boasted how it built a 1,000 bed hospital from scratch in 2 weeks and it made headline news. The NHS and Government built a 3,000 bed hospital with all equipment in 10 days and have opened and run hundreds of testing sites as well as other Nightingale Hospital facilities across the country. What are the challenges associated with such a practical response to a global disaster and how were those challenges met?
