Andy will be talking about capability building and how the partnership model has been helping support improved management of critical incidents and harnessing the learning from experiences. He will be joined by colleagues from other Blue Light services to provide a taster of our MAGIC course – showing the value and promoting opportunity to broaden the reach and share learning with others beyond the Blue Light services. He’ll talk about the value of a multi-agency approach and reflect on some of the key take aways for industry from our work. He will also give a nod to Martyn’s Law and Debriefing which are both closely connected to the world of capability building in Command
