MM Engineering’s bespoke blast-resistant windows combine visibility with protection for critical infrastructure and high-risk environments. Available as fixed or openable systems, our windows are designed and manufactured in the UK. A fixed assembly survived independent C15 testing with no frame failure or internal fragmentation and is listed in NPSA Catalogue.

MM Engineering’s bespoke sliding blast doors provide space-efficient protection where conventional hinged systems are unsuitable. Engineered and calculation-validated to project-specific blast requirements, they can meet Category I response criteria intended to maintain operability. Each system is designed, engineered and manufactured in our UK factory. Notable projects include RAF Marham.

MM Engineering’s UK-manufactured ammunition-storage door is calculation-validated for a 7 bar peak reflected pressure, 22.4 ms duration and 7,842 kPa·ms impulse. Nonlinear dynamic analysis confirms compliance with applicable IATG guidance. It successfully resists inbound blast without internal fragmentation and is independently calculation-approved for installation on a NATO ammunition-storage project.

MM Engineering’s UK-manufactured double blast door provides access for critical infrastructure. Independently C15 tested—100 kg TNT equivalent at a 15-metre stand-off—the doors and frame remained intact, with egress maintained through the fully operable active leaf. NPSA-listed, its test data supports project-specific blast assessment using UFC 3-340-02.

MM Engineering’s UK-manufactured single blast door protects critical infrastructure and high-risk environments. Independently tested to the C15 threat—100 kg TNT equivalent at a 15-metre stand-off—it remained fully operable with no visible damage.
