Founded in 2013, ICoCA is a multi-stakeholder initiative, whose mission is to raise private security industry standards and practices that respect human rights and international humanitarian law. ICoCA does this by conducting due diligence on its Members & Affiliates, monitoring their activities, certifying their operations, providing guidance and handling complaints.
