SkySpyke® is Quell’s Electro-Optical (EO) counter-unmanned aerial and surface close-in threat detection system.
Built from first principles and informed by our Defence Plasticity® design philosophy, SkySpyke is powered by Quell’s Deep Truth® software. SkySpyke is able to track and identify evolving unmanned threats as they develop.
- 6 Spyke® units can be assembled around one central camera module to produce a SkySpyke unit
- Provides 360° drone detection, identification and tracking
- SkySpyke Electro-Optical (EO) detection can be layered with Night Spyke™ Infrared (IR), Acoustic sensors and Passive Radar
- Can detect autonomous, fibre and cellular controlled drones
- Cannot be jammed and works in urban, wooded or contested areas
- Distinguishes drones from birds and ignores environmental clutter without emitting signals
- Detects regardless of whether on the move or operated statically, on land or maritime environments
