Two views, one pass

The HS 8065DV EVO2 is a large-aperture dual-view X-ray system for hold baggage, oversized items and freight screening. Two X-ray generators — one vertically downward, one horizontal — produce simultaneous orthogonal images of every item. Threats concealed by orientation, such as a blade presented edge-on to a single-view beam, are revealed on the second image without the operator stopping the belt, repositioning the bag and rescanning.

For high-throughput screening points this is the difference between a queue that moves and one that doesn't: fewer rescans, fewer unnecessary bag opens, and faster, more confident operator decisions on complex items.

The 810mm x 660mm tunnel accommodates hold baggage, large suitcases, oversized parcels, equipment cases and freight. The 300mm low conveyor height allows heavy items to be loaded without lifting, reducing manual handling risk for screening staff working long shifts.
