CorruSec LPS 1175 C5 (SR3) Fencing and Gate System
The layered construction provides a minimum of five minutes’ resistance against tool set C under the standard’s test conditions. This gives security specifiers a defined level of physical delay to incorporate into a site’s wider detection and response strategy.
Construction and installation
CorruSec C5 uses corrugated mesh sandwiched between two HiSec mesh panels. The mesh aperture measures 76.2 × 12.7 mm, with closely spaced wires that restrict access through the panel.
The system is available in overall heights from 2.4 to 6 metres, with a maximum corrugated infill height of 2.4 metres. Panels are secured using a double row of fixings and 80 × 5 mm clamp bars, with maximum post centres of 2,540 mm.
Both in-ground and baseplated configurations are available. Post dimensions depend on the specified fence height and should be confirmed with Zaun for the project. The installation must follow the relevant certified configuration.

Protective finish
Posts, panels and painted ancillary components receive a protective zinc layer and an electrostatically applied polyester powder coating to BS 1722-16. Enhanced coating systems, including marine coatings, are available for more demanding environments.
Regular washing and prompt repair of coating damage help maintain the protective finish and extend service life.
