CBRN-Analysis
CBRN-Analysis supports the compilation and visualisation of the CBRN picture, including a ‘what if’ function informing risk assessment and management.

Allows automated warning and visualisation of CBRN threats when combined with SCIM®. Expedites the production of CBRN hazard area calculations by enabling complex manual calculations to be performed digitally.

Improves implementation of timely protective measures for personnel, through faster warning and ‘whole force’ communication of CBRN risks in the operating environment.

Supports improved decision-making and operational agility through fast and reliable information flows on CBRN risks and incidents and the relevant operational and environmental conditions.

Provides access to Hazardous Materials Guides e.g., ERG 2016 and 2020, enhancing civilian agency interoperability.

Alliance and/or partner nation Interoperability is supported by incorporation of relevant NATO Standards to include ATP/AEP-45 and ATP-3.8.1.

Command, Control, Communication, Computer (C4) integration is supported by incorporation of NATO information exchange protocols and standards

CBRN-Analysis Modules - Unlock the full power of CBRN-Analysis with our suite of advanced modules, designed to elevate operational performance and tailored to meet every CBRN defence requirement.

SCIM® Interface - allows operation of the SCIM® application alongside CBRN-Analysis and makes full use of the SCIM® provided sensor data within CBRN-Analysis.

Urban/All Terrain Dispersion Model (UDM) – Fully integrated and easy to use advanced urban and multi-terrain dispersion modelling. The model factors in building topology, terrain heights, and ground area properties to enhance accuracy in CBRN threat assessments and indicate population exposure effects. The model is part of the widely recognised UK Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) HASP Suite.

NFFI Interface - The NFFI (NATO Friendly Force Information) module enables automatic update of units in CBRN-Analysis.

CAX Player - The CBRN-Analysis CAX (Computer Assisted Exercise) Player is an automated training module that can be used to train users in the operation of CBRN-Analysis, using Bruhn NewTech supplied pre-defined exercises

GIS Web Services Interface - allows access to WMS data that may be available to the user. The user can select any required WMS data layers and link these to new or existing maps in CBRN-Analysis, enabling use of maps that may be available on a network.

Source Term Estimation – uses sensor data to estimate CBRN source parameters, including incident location and release size, to guide reconnaissance and enable more accurate hazard prediction.

Publish CBRN COP - enables the operator to export hazard warning areas from CBRN-Analysis to other Information Management systems, such as Battle Management, C2, C4 or other Mission Management systems.

Sensor Placement module - identifies optimal locations for deploying various sensor to protect specific areas or critical assets, accounting for sensor capabilities, terrain, and threat scenarios.

TAK Interface module – an addition to the COP module but specifically designed for integration with Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) and Android TAK (ATAK). It enables seamless data sharing and situational awareness within TAK-enabled systems for enhanced CBRN operational coordination.

Language Interface - CBRN-Analysis is available in English as default but can be modified to another specific language.
