The Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) Barge is a surface mounted solution that provides maximum levels of pedestrian safety whilst maintaining the flow of pedestrians past it.

Used for protection against vehicle-borne attacks, this HVM barrier gives protection over short runs and can be used in conjunction with other products such as our drop arm and swing arm gates.

Barges can be simply installed as part of a temporary or permanent system and with a small footprint is perfect for cities and events where space is limited. Previous examples of this product have been installed around various London landmarks.

Barges can be connected in various ways and each weigh 3 tonnes.

They can also be provided in standard or premium paint finishes and connected together in different ways depending on their required use.
