The ARX STOPPER! HVM Barrier is a surface mount, temporary, man portable hostile vehicle mitigation barrier that has been tested and apporved by the CPNI and Secured by Design as well as fully tested to PAS68/IWA14 to offer a fast deployable, effective barrier against potential vehicle attacks on secure sites protecting vulnerable assets or at events/festivals to secure vehicle entry points.
