When will I receive my badge?
Badges will not be sent out via post. Print@home badges will be emailed in the weeks leading up to the show.
What do I do if I’ve lost my badge?
Onsite badge printing is available but we would recommend early arrival for speedy entry.
What do I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
Contact email@example.com. This can also be changed onsite by request.
How do I register staff passes?
This can be done through the EZone. The username and login are given to the main account holder. You will need to login by clicking the EZone button on the bottom right of the page in the footer and then following the steps to register staff and customers.There is no staffing limit.
Where can staff collect wristbands?
Please ensure that you register your contractors on the E-Zone on the UK Security website. This needs to be done for any person working on your stand who will not have an exhibitor badge. Your contractor will then be checked on site and issued with a wristband by security. These are valid during build-up and breakdown only.
How do I invite customers, clients or special guests?

Is there a way I can capture leads at the show?

Exhibitor delivery enquiries?
All items to be delivered into the venue must be clearly marked. Deliveries will only be accepted during tenancy times and any early deliveries will not be accepted by Olympia. On the breakdown night all items must be remove that night and cannot be left for collection the next day.

It is recommended that contractors and drivers and exhibitors bring their own trolleys to transport goods to and from their stands.
