Parking & Transport

Customers wishing to pre-book car parking at Olympia can only do so online by credit card in either, the multi storey (P3) or motor rail (P4), car park by logging onto www.olympia.co.uk. This system is ticket-less so don’t forget to bring the credit card used for booking your car parking with you.

International Security Expo is FREE to attend if you register online before registration closes at 11.59pm 27th November 2018

Can you register onsite?

Yes, onsite cost: £99 +VAT per day must be a security professional and bring proof (business card etc). We recommend early arrival.

When will I receive my visitor badge?

Badges will not be sent out via post. Print@home badges will be emailed approx 4 weeks leading up to the show.

What do I do if I’ve lost my badge?

Onsite badge printing is available but we would recommend early arrival for speedy entry.

What do I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?

Contact info@internationalsecurityexpo.com This can also be changed onsite by request.

What do I need to bring to the show?

All persons attending International Security Expo will be asked to produce supporting photo identification in additional to their 'print at home' badge. Acceptable photographic identity documents include: Passport, UK/EU Driving License, Military ID card, National Identity Document.

Can I attend the show as a student?

Yes, 18+ only.

Can I bring children?

No, 18+ only.

Can I take photos, videos, or any type of recordings?

Strictly NO Recording Equipment, Photography or Filming is Permitted at International Security Expo in ALL areas. Contact us post show for professional photos info@internationalsecurityexpo.com

I missed a presentation/would like a copy of the slides/request the professional photos/post show report, who do I contact?

Where can I eat?

There are eating establishments within the venue and also in the surrounding area.

Refreshments will be provided for attendees who have purchased delegate passes

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

Yes, a cloakroom service is provided during exhibition open days. The cloakroom is situated to the right of the main entrance. The cloakroom will be open from half an hour before the show opens until half an hour after it closes each day. There is a charge per item left each day.

Is there a cash point?

Yes

Are there any facilities for disabled people?

Yes, there are disability accessible toilets throughout the exhibiton hall, Olympia Grand has a wheelchair lift in the foyer for access to the exhibition floor and there are eight wide bays on the lower ground floor of the multi-storey car park at Olympia London. There is a ramp from there to ground level.

Yes, please apply for a press pass which will include your press packs on the day and access to the lounge.

I have lost/not received my access to the EZone, what should I do?

How do I register staff passes?

This can be done through the EZone. The username and login are given to the main account holder. You will need to login by clicking the EZone button on the bottom right of the page in the footer and then following the steps to register staff and customers.There is no staffing limit.

Where can staff collect wristbands?

Please ensure that you register your contractors on the E-Zone on the UK Security website. This needs to be done for any person working on your stand who will not have an exhibitor badge. Your contractor will then be checked on site and issued with a wristband by security. These are valid during build-up and breakdown only.

How do I invite customers, clients or special guests?

Is there a way I can capture leads at the show?

Yes we will have a supplier providing us with the resources contact us for more information. info@internationalsecurityexpo.com

Exhibitor delivery enquiries?

All items to be delivered into the venue must be clearly marked. Deliveries will only be accepted during tenancy times and any early deliveries will not be accepted by Olympia. On the breakdown night all items must be remove that night and cannot be left for collection the next day.

It is recommended that contractors and drivers and exhibitors bring their own trolleys to transport goods to and from their stands.
