Natalie has worked in policing communications for over 15 years joining Hampshire Constabulary from a career in Broadcast Journalism. Prior to joining Counter Terrorism Policing, Natalie worked in the Communications team at the National Crime Agency. Working in local and national policing communications has led to a strong understanding of how to reach multiple audiences with security and public safety messaging.

As Head of Protect and Prepare Communications, Natalie oversees all communications activity across national P&P units including NaCTSO, Organisational Learning, National CBRN Centre, International Protect and Prepare among others.
