Lisa founded 2nd Line of Defence, the UK’s first female-focused recruitment agency in the private security sector in 2021 to address the talent shortage of SIA licensed front line door supervisor security staff in the UK. She aims to fill these roles with a new, diverse and inclusive workforce with a gender bias towards women. As a magistrate of 11 years, Lisa contributes to a range of diversity work within the judiciary to provide a source of good equality and diversity practice for their colleagues.
