Our reliance on technology as the fix for cybersecurity problems has left gaps in our resilience. In this session, veteran FBI agent, Miguel Clarke, will talk about his experience of leading counterintelligence investigations and his work as a member of the National Infrastructure Protection Centre, and will tell us why he believes we must put the ‘human factor’ at the centre of creating a truly resilient environment.
